As a Financial Advisor, I use my knowledge and expertise to recommend solutions to achieve the financial goals of my clients.
Financial Services include life insurance, non-life insurance, health insurance & HMOs, investments such as mutual funds, VUL, including real estate investing for “flipping” or rental income and end use.
Over time, I have helped clients achieve a sense of stability and peace of mind by recommending financial solutions to their various requirements.
I have dealt with clients who are averse to life insurance but they seek me for their non-life insurance requirements: house, car, travel insurance.
Some people only deal with me for their real estate requirements. There are clients who buy properties from big developers through me, lease it through me or later on, even sell it through me.
Clients who are in their pre-retirement age (late 40s to early 50s) are more interested in retirement planning by making conservative investments via mutual funds; getting term insurances; getting health coverages (even if it’s already expensive).
I also had the privilege of dealing with high net worth (HNW) clients. HNW clients profited a great deal from dollar investments like FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google); secured their health via AXA’s global health insurance (Global Health Access/GHA); and established their estate planning via term life insurance.
Dealing with clients from all walks of life, it is indeed “different strokes for different folks” for a lot of my clients.
