Tomorrow, November na. It’s the last 2 months of the year. If you will look back at the start of the year, what have you accomplished? In the first place, did you set out some goals this year?
Typical of Pinoy. Mahilig tayo mag cram.
If you have a goal to accomplish and figure that you have yet to accomplish much, do not fret. Bottomline, habang may buhay, may pag-asa di ba?
This is how you can treat November and December, as the “last 2 minutes” of the year.
Maybe you have been wanting to achieve something impossible. For example, you still have outstanding debts to pay and your goal is to be debt-free. How can you achieve this when you are totally relying on your salary? Maybe you can still do something about it. Like sumali sa bazaar? Magbenta ng mga gift items? You can be creative if you want to. Bottomline, pag may gusto, may maiisip kang paraan at may magagawa ka. Maybe you should look at your expenses. Is this necessary? Can I afford to let go of some things that have been eating up on my budget?
You mean to tell me, saka ka pa iiwas kung kelan maraming kainan? Aw, c’mon!
What I’m trying to say is this: You still have the last 2 months to work on whatever goals you intend to accomplish. To some, it may still be possible to complete the task. To others, malabo na. (Luke 1:37: For nothing is impossible with God). But you have to act. Do your part and commit your plans to the Lord.
The important thing is this – You still have time left to accomplish what you intend to do. Don’t give up. Start doing something about it. Kahit mag carry-over ka na lang next year. They say a habit can be broken when you continuously do it for 40 days. Pwede. Pero from experience, before you can finally break a habit, it starts with a change in mindset.
So last 2 minutes na, meron ka pang magagawa. Ano na ang gagawin mo?
Gawin mo na.
